One of the things that I enjoy most about being a Broker is being a part of a someone’s life evolution through Real Estate. When I first met Sean and Sabrina, it was time to upgrade from their 2-bedroom, chic Lincoln Park Loft. They had a toddler and were expecting their second baby. Sabrina is an architect, and she fell in love with a property in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago prior to listing their Lincoln Park property. So we simultaneously listed their loft while entering into a contract on the Bucktown house. Since I only take a certain amount of clients on at a time, we were able to coordinate the sale and purchase perfectly on the same day with positive results on both.
Fast forward 5 years, Sabrina and Sean’s family was growing and it was time to move again. Once again, we found the perfect home for the now family of 6 prior to selling their current home. Through strategic pricing, impeccable staging and 110% attention, we were able to schedule the closing of the sale of their Chicago house and the purchase of the home on the lake front in Winnetka a week apart.
