The search for a better school district.

3500 SQ/FT - 3 BR, 3 BTH Single family home

James and Stephanie lived in a town home with their young children who were nearing school age. They also owned a separate condo. They decided it was time to move to an area with a better option for public schools. They both worked in the loop and wanted to stay in the city. They worked with me to sell their townhouse and buy a bigger home in Lincoln Park. Here’s Stephanie’s take on the experience:
