Jacob and Jeff were familiar with the areas they were targeting for their new home. Long time city dwellers, they had previously worked with me for condo purchases. Searching for a single family home was new territory for them. I worked with the family of three worked to sell their Chicago condo and found a beautiful Victorian duplex single family home with a great blend of modern updates in the desirable Lakeshore Historic District in Evanston.
